Ahhhh but by going with these negative feelings..things will only get worse!! They don't get better if you hole up!! I think you know that!! If you could volunteer some time at a nursing home perhaps, then you see and help people who are worse off than you, and it makes you feel great for helping!!. They need someone to visit, help with games, perhaps be read to! Get out of the house and do something....even if it's wrong!! Better days are coming!!!
